These days, being the parent of an online child is difficult. I recently found a website that lets you know when your children may be in a dangerous situation online. It's called www.imsafer.com.

This company monitors the Instant Messages your children send over the computer and alerts you 24 hours a day when their instant messages contain information that a predator might be asking. The program is free with no strings and you can tell your kids that it's installed on the computer, or use it in secret mode. This information could potentially save your child's life!

Here is another great service - a Total Cost Analysis which is a complimentary mortgage review. It compares up to four different loan programs and shows a snapshot at five and ten years into the future.  I offer this to all my clients & their friends.
