Virginia Commerce Bank is pleased to announce that we are one of the few lenders offering 80 10 10 financing to a sales price of $1,250,000. This loan combination allows a qualified borrower the option to purchase a property in Northern Virginia, DC, and parts of Maryland putting only 10% down.
Simply put, a well qualified borrower needs a much smaller down payment. We require a middle credit score of 720, our total debt ratio cannot exceed 45% and there is a requirement for six months of reserves, three of which are liquid.
Our 80 10 10 loan first trust loan programs are available as 30 and 15 YR Fixed Rate mortgages as well as 5/1 and 10/1 ARM which are fully amortized. Adjustable rate mortgages also are available as interest only 5/1 and 10/1 ARMS as well.
Our second trust loan programs are available with a 15 year amortization, a 30 year amortization with a 15 year ballon, or as a HELOC that is due in 120 months.
